Yes, there is a difference between our used and refurbishes devices. The used products are what we take in on trade and are cleaned, checked out, and updated before selling in store and online for a used price. Our refurbished collars and handehlds are devices that Garmin sends us after we take in and send them broken devices. Refurbs are generally more expensive than the used products due to them being basically brand new.
