RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Most merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Merchandise must be in re-sealable condition, in the original packaging; including manuals, blank warranty cards, and accessories provided by the manufacturer. All returns will be inspected prior to the issuance of any refund. Partial returns or damaged goods will NOT receive full credit, if any discretion is the right of Dog & Hunt Supply.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  It is recommended that you use delivery confirmation and insurance for your return shipment, but it is not required.  Dog & Hunt Supply assumes no liability for returned items shipped that are lost in transit back to us.

Any applicable refund will be less than the initial shipping charge. For any returned items that were mailed with free shipping, shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. This is in addition to the credit card return sale charges. AR sales tax will be refunded.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
